Delete your DocSensei account

You can delete your DocSensei account (by Innovare App Developers) and all of its cloud backups at any time. Accounts are optional, so if you never signed in, there's nothing to delete on our side.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

1. Open DocSensei and sign in.
2. Go to Me → Privacy & Security.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm. For your security, you may be asked to sign in again first.

Your account and backups are deleted immediately.

Option 2: By email

If you can't use the app, email innovareappdevelopers@gmail.com from the email address of your DocSensei account, with the subject "Delete my DocSensei account". We'll confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (email address, name and password).
• All cloud backups: page images, PDFs, previews, document details (titles, tags, notes, categories) and folders.

What is kept

• Documents on your phone stay on your phone. Deleting the account from the app also clears them from the app; if you delete by email, uninstall DocSensei or clear its data to remove them.
• Purchase records are kept by Google Play and RevenueCat as long as needed for billing and tax law. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in Google Play.
• Anonymous analytics and crash data, which are not linked to your account, are deleted automatically after up to 14 months (analytics) and 90 days (crash reports).
• Copies in our providers' system backups are erased within their normal backup cycle.
